A Hunting client is defined as any person that harvests Two or More antelope trophies. An individual that harvests a Single animal is considered a Non–Hunting Guest. This Does Not Apply To Dangerous Game.
Day of Arrival and Day of Departure are non-hunting days. These are the days we’ll pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Bow Hunting Requires a minimum of 10 days.
The Rates & Trophy Fees will coincide with the year your hunt takes place.
Trophy fees must be paid prior to departure from Numzaan Safaris for ALL animals killed or wounded.
15% VAT (VALUE ADDED TAX) must be paid for all animals wounded and lost, daily rates as well as trophies not exported.
Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations.
All clients and observers are required to sign a Numzaan Safaris Indemnity agreement before commencement of the safari.
A Numzaan Safaris donation may not be combined with any other Safari Donation.
Donations are valid for 2 years from date of purchase
NO exchange of animals are allowed.
Ownership of donations CAN NOT be transferred or resold.
Numzaan Safaris accepts only one donation package per safari and will not allow multiple donations to be used back to back. This policy extends to donations from other African outfitters as we view the combining of donations as an abuse of the goodwill through which they were originally donated.
There will be NO REFUND on ANY DEPOSIT PAID, UNLESS the hunt is CANCELLED no less than 6 MONTHS PRIOR to the FIRST of MARCH of the CALENDAR YEAR in which the HUNT is BOOKED. In the event of the hunt being cancelled prior to this date, 50% of the DEPOSIT will be REFUNDED
ALL ANIMALS REQUIRING A PERMIT MUST BE A MINIMUM OF SEVEN (7) HUNTING DAYS
