TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• A minimum of $1000 deposit is payable to confirm a booking.
•  Balance of daily rate is payable prior to commencement of safari.
•  A receipt of payment, booking dates will be confirmed by e-mail. 
• Cancellation policy: There will be no refund on any deposit paid, unless the hunt is cancelled no less than 6 months prior to the first of March of the Calendar year in which the hunt is booked.  In the event of the hunt being cancelled prior to this date, 50% of the deposit will be refundable. 
• Deposits for dangerous game is 50% of the total safari (trophy fee included) to confirm the hunt. 
• Payments may be made in cash, or wire transfers (preferred).
• NO TRAVELLERS CHEQUES ACCEPTED
• For your convenience we also accept VISA/MASTER credit cards (South Africa hunts only).  A 2,5% service fee will be added.
• Please make prior arrangements with your credit card company regarding payments to Numzaan Safaris before your Safari. 
• All clients and observers are required to sign a Numzaan Safaris indemnity agreement before commencement of the safari.
•  Trophy fees are payable on all animals killed or wounded and must be paid prior to departure from hunting camp. 
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to possible currency fluctuations. 14% VAT is payable on all animals wounded and lost aswell as daily rates. 
• Day of Arrival and Day of Departure are non-hunting days.
•  No credit given on animals not harvested,days not used and/or trophy fees that was included in the donation and/or package.
• Bow Hunting requirement of a min 10days.
• Animals listed hereunder requires 1 month prior notice for permit applications:

-          Common Reedbuck

-          Tsessebe

-          Wildebeest-Black

-          Roan Antelope

-          Lion

-          Leopard

-          White Rhino
