TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• In all cases a minimum of $1000-00 deposit is payable to Numzaan Safaris on confirmation of your booking.
• Deposits for dangerous game is 50% of the total safari (trophy fee included) to confirm the Safari.
• Balance of daily rate is payable prior to commencement of your Safari.
• The Rates and Trophy fees will coincide with the Numzaan Safaris price list of the year the Safari takes place.
  
• A receipt of payment will be confirmed by e-mail.
  
• Confirmation of Safari dates will be done via e-mail.
  
• Payments at the conclusion of your Safari may be made in cash, or credit card.
  
• For your convenience we also accept VISA/MASTER/AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards (South Africa hunts only).  Please not a 2,5% service fee will be added to VISA and MASTER card payments and a 5% service fee on AMERICAN EXPRESS card payments.
• Please make prior arrangements with your credit card company regarding payments to Numzaan Safaris before your Safari.  Failure to do so will result in your Bank declining the transaction.
• NO TRAVELERS CHEQUES ACCEPTED
• NO PERSONAL CHEQUES ACCEPTED
  
• Trophy fees are payable on all animals killed or wounded and must be paid prior to departure.
• 14% VAT is payable on all animals wounded and lost as well as daily rates.
• No credit given on animals not harvested,days not used and/or trophy fees that was included in the donation and/or package.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to possible currency fluctuations.
• All clients and observers are required to sign a Numzaan Safaris indemnity agreement before commencement of the Safari.
  
• Day of Arrival and Day of Departure are non-hunting days.
• Bow Hunting requirement of a min 10 days.
• Numzaan Safaris does not allow Back to Back Safaris.
• All Donations bought are Valid for Two (2) years
  
• Cancellation policy: There will be no refund on any deposit paid, unless the hunt is cancelled no less than 6 months prior to the first of March of the Calendar year in which the hunt is booked.  In the event of the hunt being cancelled prior to this date, 50% of the deposit will be refundable. 
• Animals listed below require 1 month prior notice for permit applications:

-          Roan Antelope

-          Lion

-          Leopard

-          White Rhino

-          Africa Wild Cat

-          Caracal

-          Baboon

-          Bontebok

-          Civet

-          Duiker-Blue

-          Honey Badger

-          Monkey-Vervet
